StoryBrick is operated by Mantas Snieckus (the seller). We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes all refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team and we will help you.
After a refund
Once a refund is completed, your account returns to the Free plan at the end of the current paid period. Your generated listings and history remain available in your account.
